Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

SoFree & Company is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Returns

At this time, SoFree & Company does not accept returns or exchanges except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged.

Do not return merchandise without first receiving authorization from SoFree & Company.
